Amanda joined the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in 2022 to oversee the transformation of the Casitas into what is now Privado, our luxury hotel within a resort! Amanda discovered her passion for personalized service during her job in college where she worked as a VIP Server for the Arizona Diamondbacks creating personalized in-game dining experiences for MLB season ticket holders. She went on to major in Business and Tourism Development at Arizona State University before beginning her career with Starwood, now Marriott’s Luxury Collection brand. Most recently she led a luxury boutique hotel in the valley to achieve a Five Star rating with Forbes for the past three years.

As a proud Arizona native, she possesses an intricate understanding of the local scene, including the best dining options and exciting activities the state has to offer. In her leisure time, Ria enjoys exploring her passion for fashion and beauty, gracing both runways and pageant stages alike. When she's not pursuing her interests, she can often be found unwinding at home with her beloved feline companions, Lil Man's and Lil Mama.
