Privado offers a chauffeur service for our guests, which can accommodate any destination inside a 3-mile radius from the resort. This service is first-come, first-serve, and we cannot guarantee an immediate ride.
There is not a general Privado parking area. Privado guests may utilize complimentary valet on the front drive and will be offered a golf cart ride to and from Privado as needed.
Privado guests will arrive to the main resort front drive to be escorted on a golf cart to the Welcome Center for check in. The Bellman will wait for the registration process to be complete then drive the guests and their luggage to their room. The Bellman will facilitate a room orientation so the guest is aware of the features in their room that may otherwise go unnoticed.
The Privado Welcome Center is private for all Privado Guests to facilitate check-in and check-out, and coordinate any requests. It is open daily until 10:00pm and offers complimentary beverages, a create-your-own Arizona trail mix station and a selection of fresh baked cookies.

We encourage our guests to book restaurant reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure the best chance for dining availability. Call 480.585.2694 for reservations. Please be advised parties of 12 guests or more will be referred to our Restaurant Sales Manager depending on event type.
Yes, honor bar food and beverage items are available on the credenza top and inside a separate refrigerator for a fee. Each room contains pricing information. The refrigerator that houses the complimentary items is identified as such with a framed sign inside.

Bathtubs are available upon request in some of our Privado Double Queen Bedrooms; however, these are not guaranteed. Please contact us at 480.585.4848 to make a request for your stay.
Each Privado room is equipped with a wireless phone charger to use during your stay.
The Well & Being Spa facilities are only available for guests 18 and older. Guests 16 and older may receive spa treatments and utilize the fitness center; however, they cannot use the spa facilities and do not have access to the rooftop pool. Additionally, if receiving a treatment, it must be with the same gender provider and a parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the treatment.

Fairmont accepts dogs only; the dogs must be house trained and there may be no more than two dogs per room. The pet fee is $50 per night plus applicable taxes, as well as a one-time pet cleaning fee of $150. In the event extra servicing to the room is required upon check out, additional fees may apply. The Privado relaxation pool is located directly next to our welcome center and is available for the convenience of our Privado Guests. The pool has a hot tub, fruit-infused water, and two fireplace tables.
